Refund Eligibility

We guarantee full functionality of our temporary rental services. Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

Service Delivery Failure

If the rented number/email is not provided within 5 minutes of successful payment

Verification Failure

If the service fails to receive SMS/email verification codes due to system errors

Duplicate Charges

In cases of accidental duplicate transactions for the same service

Service Interruption

If the rented service becomes unavailable during the paid rental period

Non-Refundable Circumstances

The following circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

Successful receipt of verification codes/messages
User error in service selection (wrong country/type/duration)
Blocking by third-party services (WhatsApp, Google, etc.)
Expiration of the rental period (including 20-minute rentals)
Suspected fraudulent activity or policy violations
